The Maju Expressway is a Government of Malaysia (Govertment) highway project. The highway project is undertaken by Maju Expressway Sdn Bhd (MESB), a single purpose company which holds the concession granted by the Government to design, construct, maintain, operate and manage the 26km Maju Expressway.
The concession is for a period of 33 year commencing from 06 December 2004.
MESB is a subsidiary of Bright Focus Bhd. which in turn us a wholly owned subsidiary company of Maju Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
