But while it takes hard work to win awards, we aint’ resting on our laurels. We are constantly improving to meet market demands. Take our recent coach service launch, for example. The new First Class Edition 2004/05 fleet of Top-of-the-line coaches was developed to meet the needs of customers who wanted faster and more luxurious coach travel.

At Transtar Travel, the customer comes first and the company is always on the lookout to improve customer satisfaction. Our drive towards excellence has helped us achieve several milestones. We are the first express coach company to attain the ISO standard of quality certification. We were also the first to pioneer the 26 seater Super VIP coach and one of the first to introduce an online coach reservation service. And with passenger safety in mind, Transter Travel also led the industry in launching its first express coach fitted with seat belts.
